Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What countries do you ship to?

Unfortunately, at this time, Opulence Emporion is only able to ship within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our international customers.

We are actively working to resolve the logistical challenges and plan to resume international shipping as soon as possible. In the meantime, we appreciate your understanding and continued support.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship within 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri). You should receive your order within 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri).Overall shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly. 

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 14 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
